FACE-USA is a Texas based 501c3 non-profit association with tax exemption status.
Membership fees are $50 annually.
Exceptions are:
- $25 for Palo Pinto county residents.
- $20 for students 18 years-25 presently in school.
To become a member, please email us to receive and fill out a membership form.
All donation amounts are greatly appreciated and tax deductible.
